Well it is the Washington Times, after all. As you probably know, it was founded and owned for most of its history by Sun Myung Moon. For a brief period it was owned by his son, who ran it into the ground. As you may not know, about a year and a half ago it was repurchased by Sun Myung Moon. So,in summary, that article is no more a parody than the Washington Times is a parody of a newspaper or Sun Myung Moon is a parody of a human being.
