As this rather regrettable instance demonstrates, there's something else I should have added to my earlier "Gestalt Gutter" list, which, if one thought about it long enough, would stretch and fade into infinity. Anyway, at least one missing item: Republicans possess an almost hypnotic ability to stick together when it counts.
I agree..no matter what we think of what they say, they are more prone to stick together right or wrong or indifferent with each other and that is a trait that the Democrats need to adopt. We seem to fall apart when the going gets touch so it is time we get as tough as them and get to our message and stick to it and stop changing it because a few don't like it. I am sure there are a number of republicans who don't like whats going on but guess what they are not going to stir up the soup and then be cast into the fire. (just ask Lugar)
