Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker (R) told Fox Business that he wouldn't be Mitt Romney's vice presidential running mate, regardless of how today's recall vote turns out.

I can guess at several reasons for that. The most likely is that sometime between now and the election he is going to be indicted which would, effectively seal the election for Obama. But then again, Republicans seem to think that having been indicted is a plus, not a minus.

I think it means they not only are not going to un-pass the Ryan budget, they might be planning to pass it a third time.
The current polls show an electoral landslide for an African-American incumbent with 8% unemployment. i wonder what it will look like at the end of three months of proving Romney and the GOP have unanimously voted twice to kill Medicare.
On a related note, I am anoouncing that I will not be marrying Charlize Theron.

Robert thanks for that. That leaves the coast clear for me to ask her.
Seriously, the reason he gave is he doesn't want to leave his job as Governor (assuming he wins) and go traveling around the country. He owes it to the people of Wisconsin to stay there. I guess that would make up for all the time he has been traveling around the country for the last year and a half.
