Yep. Internet's been out again. This time, though, the p.r. geniuses at Mediacom got innovative. They plastered a message on their "customer service" line that said, in effect, Yeah yeah we know we have the crappiest service anywhere this side of the Andromeda star system, but we're not permitting you to remind us of that salient fact today--Call some other time, chump.
