In Brian Williams' MSNBC "education forum" with Mitt Romney, the latter just praised Head Start as an excellent system through which disadvantaged children become better prepared for kindergarten, which is critical for later learning.
From the Center for American Progress:
*The Ryan budget would cut $430.3 million from Head Start programs nationally...
*Gov. Romney, as governor of Massachusetts, cut money from Head Start; in 2005 he cut Head Start by $1.3 million, and in 2006 he cut $1 million from the program.
The scam never ends.
Depending on which poll you look at, Obama is ahead of Romney by 18 to 23 points in Massachusetts. That says something.
(PS - the Scott Brown / Elizabeth Warren poll numbers are too close to call - MOEs)

"Do as I say, not as I do" on steroids doesn't begin to describe the Mittster.
