I just hope that more and more voters are seeing him for the cowardly, craven, mean spirited piece of slime he is. The only talent I can see from him is his limitless ability to plumb new depths of depravity. Even Nixon would be ashamed to know him.

Don't be sorry, P.M., I share your contempt for this little person. He couldn't wait to get "facts" before pouncing. Shows just how very little he knows.

I dunno, I still feel sorry for Mitt. he started out wanting to be president (a noble aspiration), fell in with a bad crowd, and now he can't get out. It could be a great film noir story.

Doesn't he seem like a guy who owns a restaurant, hits a rough patch, and goes to his childhood pals for help. His old pals "know people". Sure they are "affiliated" with the mob, but his old pals are good fellas.

Well, you know how the story goes.

pretty soon, he's torching his restaurant for insurance money, pimping his daughter and "doing things" for the local boss. And he owes them more than ever.

The neocons are "good fellas' - smart, well educated ... "connected". Mitt owed them a favor. Yesterday, they cashed in one of his chips.

And Mitt owes them more than ever.

Mitt is a smart guy, got his Harvard MBA the same year as W. He and W grew up with the "wise guys" in the parlor or dow at the club. They both learned about the family business through its legitimate operations. When it comes to killing people, the neocons make Murder Incorporated look like a bowling team.

But they are good fellas.

Mitt owes them more than ever.

I share your utter contempt for the man. I am appalled by him. We'd be better off with a toad for president. He has now disqualified himself for the office of president. I only hope
enough voters who were either going to vote for him or were considering it understand that.

Barring something totally out of left field, and I am having trouble even conceiving of what that might be, Romney has totally sealed his fate.
People may not say that foreign policy is the number one concern they have, but they also know what happens when an incompetent is in charge (Bush). The popular vote now may well be even more than in 2008 in Obama's favor.
That being said, it means all the more that we have to work to regain control of the House and keep the Senate. I think both are doable.

Game. Set. Match.

And he did it to himself.
