Is this really true? I sure do hope so! Of course it's South Carolina so they might get someone even worse in there.

The only thing we can be sure of is that the totally whack-a-doodle governor of South Carolina will find someone even worse to replace him. These are the evil spawn of the same nutjobs who gave us John C. Calhoun, Nullification, Ft. Sumter, and Strom Thurmond.
