My burlesque of an Internet service, Mediacomedy, has been on the touch-and-go fritz since yesterday afternoon. Rare moments of full-priced corporate competence are broken by hours of full-priced malfunction. Alas we subscribing proles can only snatch one of those moments to announce that we're pretty much incommunicado--or, in the MBA idiom of customer relations, shit out of luck.
