The same "populist" pol who said to the Republican National Committee that "We must stop being the stupid party" also said, in the same speech, that we could, should, or would if we had the chance, "replace most of [government's] bureaucracy with a handful of good websites."
Gov. Jindal, please make up your mind.
It's a thought. You could also replace your armed forces with video games.
