[T]he last time [Dick] Morris was even mentioned on Fox News was in mid-December and it was a mocking reference made by a puppet.
And now he's gone, reports Politico. Dick, not the puppet.
He will, however, appear tonight on CNN's Piers Morgan puppet show, which answers my favorite question posed by George Stephanopoulos about Morris in his White House memoir: "Where is that cocksucker?"
It was once said of Toronto Maple Leafs owner Harold Ballard that he was living proof that, if you lived long enough, you could be wrong about everything. I propose the Morris Corollary to the Ballard Rule: some don't have to live all that long to get the job done.

When I combine the shake-up at FNN with all the high profile GOP change speeches, it looks like the GOP is making a concerted and coordinated effort for a course change by 2014.
I have long maintained that the 2012 cycle was all about the Club For growth takeover of the party, not necessarily "winning". And the GOP is way ahead of us at the state and local level.
It will be interesting to see if the Dems can go to next level as a party.
