Well it's been cold, you see, so naturally Mediacom's internet, cable and phone service must freeze up and shut down, which it is has now done for more than 14 hours. Just two days ago I paid my monthly Mediacom bill--which, by the way, had gone up $10--and now, should I choose to prostrate my unworthy self before the great Corporate Altar of Billing and beg some minor deduction from next month's tab because of the shitty service received throughout the preceding month, I shall be required by Mediacom's customer repulsion department to sit on terminal hold and waste a few hours more.
Thus I take advantage of this narrow, hyperprecarious window of Mediacom's Interr(net)uptus service to release my message-bearing pigeon. I may, or may not, return today.
You seem to think you are entitled to service based on nothing more than the fact that you've paid for it. That is such a librul attitude.
