Mediacom has been out--again--for hours.
I wonder if Zimbabwe has an Internet service I could subscribe to? Even socialist Robert Mugabe's third-world kleptocracy would be a vast improvement over the first-rate fraud and abuse of Mediacom-capitalism.
Don't ask. For reasons I won't bore you with, I'm stuck with these idiots.

I am from Zim and yes they actually have a pretty good internet infrastructure which, needless to say, Uncle Bob and his stalwarts try to throttle a-la-Chinois to stop the flow of information into the country. And the cell service is pretty spectacular too ! Works in the most remote of parts ! Almost everybody has a cell as the landlines (government owned) don't work and yet you can still have a bill of over a USD1000.00 ! So, please, subscribe to an ISP in Zim...we would be terribly upset if you were to not post for days on end !
