Please pardon Ted as he drives a whole herd of demagogues through that megaloophole--the "possible."

Jesus you can tell this clown went to law school. He has punted, dodged, obfuscated and obscured every step of his rabble-rousing way; he never opens his mealy mouth without slipping some wee stipulation in it.
