From the most God-loving state in the union comes this report: "Up to 40 kids at Uintah Elementary in Salt Lake City picked up their lunches Tuesday, then watched as the meals were taken and thrown away because of outstanding balances on their accounts."
Tough love, I guess.
But not to worry. The school district's massively overpaid administrators issued a Facebook notice that "This situation could have and should have been handled in a different manner."
Better yet, they're investigating "this situation"--rather than summarily sacking the fascist twit who was capable of trashing children's school lunches.
What, might their investigation show that in this situation, child brutality was justified?
And in the wake of farm bill that slashes SNAP benefits for the ever growing population of poor people this economic recovery has given us. And the rich wonder why they feel they are being ganged up on?

Dare I guess at the political affiliation of this pillar of rectitude who has elevated the taking of candy from a baby into high political farce? I'm pretty sure the feel they've been taxed enough but beyond that I have not enough information to speculate how they feel about the efficacy of torture. Of adults.
