It seems the Lord, through Cruz, works in mendacious ways:
Dr. Ben Carson on Tuesday morning accused supporters of Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) of telling voters at Iowa precincts that Carson had dropped out of the race, encouraging them to vote for Cruz instead.
Is this accusation but another of Carson's psychotic breaks with the real? It could be. But I'll put my faith in Cruzian scheming, particularly in view of the timing of these tweets from the also slithering Steve King:
Somewhere I'm sure there's a Bible passage that consecrates even the vilest of political skulduggery -- only for the godly, of course -- and, if pressed, Ted will no doubt cite it in his next prayer request.
I wonder what Dr. Carson thinks of his right-wing Christianism now?
The Lord is his Sheppard, German and trained to attack.

I'm betting both things are true. Ted Cruz's scheming and Ben Carson's psychotic break with reality both make sense. It's not as though Ben Carson was going to win without the nasty little tricks from the nasty, insufferable, Ted Cruz was going to put him in the winning position.

Wait, doesn't Leviticus have a prohibition on fucking rats?

God likes Ted better. Ben is just going to have to deal with it.

When my wife watched this news on MSNBC this morning, she told me that "someone woke Ben Carson up and now he's crying." I told her it was about time, both that he woke up and that he cried.
